  • Investigation of speech and voice in various neurological diseases such as myopathies, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s chorea, primary lateral sclerosis (an electroglottographic and acoustic study) in cooperation with the Cyprus Institute for Neurology and Genetics (CING).
  • Investigation of speech and voice in patients with SPG11 gene mutation

Research in Progress

  • 10/2012 – present European University Cyprus
    Conducting normative research to investigate the association of verbal fluency to attention/executive function (Children’s color trails test) in healthy control children aging from 7-16 years old. We also are preparing a protocol in the Cyprus Institute for Neurology and Genetics (CING) to investigate the speech in myasthenia gravis. A project which will start in one month.
