Europa Donna March with Pink Figures
Students, academics and staff from the European University Cyprus were among the 10,000 participants of the march with pink figures organized by Europa Donna Cyprus. Once again, the focus was breast cancer and the global demand for each woman to have equal access to early detection, diagnosis, treatment and postoperative care of excellent quality, regardless of her financial and educational level. This year’s events had the slogan “we all become one for all the women in our lives”.
European University Cyprus offers standard support at various levels to the fight against breast cancer. Both the School of Medicine and the Department of Health Sciences, specifically, organize scientific conferences, all-day events and seminars on cancer, and, in particular, breast cancer.
