Classes begin at EUC School of Medicine – Frankfurt Branch

Posted: October 19, 2022

Classes at the European University Cyprus School of Medicine – Frankfurt Branch begin today, Monday 10 October 2022. The EUC’s Medical Doctor program in Frankfurt is taking its first steps with 45 students.

Last week, our new students participated in the School’s Student Orientation Program, with introductory sessions, presented by the faculty.   More importantly, the School’s traditional White Coat Ceremony was held, which was officially opened by the CEO and President of the Council, Dr. Christoforos Hadjikyprianou.

All Frankfurt faculty have undergone extensive New Faculty Orientation and Onboarding, and are working in tandem with the faculty in Nicosia, proving to be invaluable members of the School’s team in a very short period.

After careful preparation, both the program and premises were reviewed and approved by the External Evaluation Committee of the World Federation of Medical Education (WFME). EUC has received full accreditation by CY.Q.A.A. through WFME this summer, as well as by the Hessian Government.

Collectively, we are witnessing a historic event.  As the first class to matriculate at our School of Medicine – Frankfurt Branch, this milestone will hold a special place in the history of the EUC, its School of Medicine, Cyprus, and even Germany.
