Dr. Nikos Drosos, Assistant Professor in Career Guidance and Counselling, addresses some key questions regarding the future world of work:
- What skills and competencies do employers look for when hiring new employees? How can you develop them—now and in ten years’ time?
- What are the new trends in the world of work and what impact has the pandemic had on the workplace? Dr. Drosos will emphasize the necessity of soft skills development in the scope of the pandemic’s effects—all based on the most recent research.

Aaron Golub, Inspirational Speaker (first legally blind athlete to play football in a Division 1 game/ Financial Advisor Morgan Stanly). In this talk, you will have the chance to learn from the speaker’s experience how you can overcome any obstacle or challenge in front of you, and turn your disadvantages into your advantages. The speaker relates his story of becoming a ground-breaking athlete and how he achieved success in sports to how you can succeed no matter what. He encourages and inspires us to push through challenges, stay motivated, and have the right perspective to accomplish our goals.
