The dedicated staff of the Housing Office will help you get the best out of student accommodation according to your personal needs and budget. The Housing Office provides assistance with university housing and off-campus accommodation. Accommodation is widely available, but the busiest months to view and book housing is normally June to September.

Unihalls Trinity

Our student accommodation units, Unihalls Trinity, are located only minutes away from campus and are designed to offer students high quality living spaces with peripheral services and amenities at their doorstep. The brand new Unihalls Trinity complex provides housing to 228 students in smartly planned, modern and elegant studios and one-bedroom flats, all fully furnished with large wardrobes, kitchens, en-suite bathrooms and balconies to enjoy stunning views of the city. The weekly rent ranges from €132 to €160 depending on the choice of flat. The costs of utilities are included in the rent.

Cyprialife Residence

Located 200m from the University campus. Modern facility houses 44 fully furnished studios. Each studio is furnished with a bed, side table, bookshelf, desk and chair, cupboard, air condition unit, cooker, oven, air ventilator, refrigerator and a washing machine. A landline internet connection is provided free of charge by the owner CNP Cyprialife. The bills for water and electricity consumption are paid by the resident. All studios have a fixed 12-month contract. The price is €460 per month.

U–CITY RESIDENCE 

U-CITY Residence is located 300 meters from University campus. This building has 78 fully furnished and equipped studio apartments of 28-35 square meters. The weekly rent ranges from €158 to €165 depending on the choice of studio apartment. The price includes electricity and water, gym, internet connection, common expenses and the room cleaning service. All studios have a fixed 12-month contract. Also the U-CITY accept contracts with less than 12 months depends the availability.

THE MED-BOUTIQUE RESIDENCE

  • Pouliou Residents: . Located 250m from the University Campus with studio apartments from 35-49m2. This building is mostly rented by medicine and dentistry students. The price includes full furnishing, electricity and water bills, Wi-Fi, common expenses, other common facilities and services and it is an overall luxury type of accommodation. UNIHOME BOUTIQUE HALLS

This building has 146 fully furnished and equipped studio apartments of 37-71 square meters. The rent ranges from €485 to €800 depending on the choice of studio floor apartment. The price includes electricity and water, gym, internet connection, common expenses, study room and other facilities and services like cafeteria and 24hours reception. This is a new building and starts the operation on September 2021.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in Nicosia depends on the lifestyle of each individual. For the average student, it is calculated at between €450 and €550 per month.

Off-Campus Accommodation

The Housing Office maintains a list of private apartments/houses for rent very close to campus. The ideal location of the university ensures that students will be able to find suitable accommodation to meet their needs and budget. Typically, the rent for a one-bedroom apartment is usually between €400 to €500 a month, two-bedroom is between €500 to €600 a month, while the rent for a three-bedroom apartment is between €650 to €700 a month.

The European University Cyprus housing services act on an advisory level with regards to the provision of housing information to students. Any housing agreements made between students and housing proprietors should be carefully reviewed and discussed with each specific housing proprietor before any housing agreement is entered into. The operation, management and the implementation of housing agreements, is the sole responsibility of the relevant housing proprietor and student and at no time will the European University Cyprus be held responsible for any disputes between housing proprietors and students.
