Proactive Measures Related to the COVID19 Outbreak
8In our effort to take proactive measures related to the COVID19 outbreak and following today’s announcement by the Ministry of Education (Ref. 4.2.118.6.27), European University Cyprus and Cyprus College Nicosia will remain closed as of tomorrow morning and until Sunday, March 15, 2020. The announcement of the Ministry of Education applies to all Universities & Colleges (public and private) in Nicosia. This measure was taken by the EUC Crisis Management Team in order to ensure the utmost safety of the EUC Community without creating undue alarm.
Please note that the operation of the Distance Education programs (online courses) continues to operate without any interruption.
The crisis management team of the University is monitoring the situation very closely and we will update you of any other measures or actions accordingly.
