Disaster Risk Reduction and Security Management at EUC

The MSc in Disaster Risk Reduction and Security Management at EUC provides students with advanced knowledge and skills in disaster and security management, mitigation and preparedness.  Building on existing knowledge, students analyze key concepts in risk and crisis management theories and climate change, national security and emergency management policies to be equipped to tackle real-world problems professionally.

 

With increasing demand for highly skilled managers, scientists and first responders, students draw on fundamental knowledge to organize practical tabletop exercises to understand different risk scenarios and assess incident preparedness.  The Disaster Risk Reduction and Security Management MSc at EUC is offered in collaboration with the National Observatory of Athens, a leading research institute in Southern Europe.
