Realistic Resolutions

Most of us have already started reflecting on the year that’s about to end. What has been done, what hasn’t, what went well, what failed us… It’s part of the human nature, reviewing and holding ourselves accountable for what happened is fundamental to self-improvement. During your self-appraisal process, don’t forget two things. One, don’t be too hard on yourself. Sometimes, getting off-course is a part of the course! And two, set tangible, realistic resolutions, even measurable if you can, for the next year. Avoid being too generic and hypothetical, it will only confuse you. Finish your big projects 2 days…
